Red for Strawberry, Yellow for cheese, Black for Oreo ^^

This is actually a few months ago..but I just got time to upload this picture..what should I call this cake...hmmm...this is actually my new recipe..the one I created special for my junior's birthday...

This is a layer cake..an awesome one..layered by cream cheese, strawberry jam, and also oreo cookies..somehow that oreo cookies made it tasted so great...hmmm could be the cream cheese also...I don't know either what to call this cake...strawberry cheese layered cake...or oreo layered cake...haha...whatever...^^

I also will upload the recipe soon when I've done my OSCE exam..hehe..wish me luck ^^

moist chocolate ganache ^^

this is the latest cake I've made to fulfill the wish of my junior, this is about two weeks ago...this is moist chocolate cake with strawberry cheese layer...plus I also added some cherries and pieces of dark chocolate in it...though it apparently doesn't look really good from the surface, but trust me it was awesome..hehe^^ ...for the topping, I used whipping cream and chocolate ganache (melted cooking chocolate) which made it tasted really awesome...heee ^^...I'll update the recipe soon after I've done with my OSCE exam (objective structured clinical examination) well..since I'm a medical student, study is my priority--that was what my dad said to me.. (^^)
